General Shipping Information
Made-to-Order Products: Since every Fashive item is made to order, dispatch times may vary slightly but are usually processed within 2 business days.
We aim to keep stock updated at all times. In rare cases of stock discrepancies, we will contact you with the option to:

Shipping Charges
Forward shipping is included in your order price.
In case of returns, a flat ₹150 will be deducted from your refund for reverse logistics.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) after payment.
Delivery time varies depending on your location but generally takes 3–7 business days.
We operate Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.
Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change of delivery address before dispatch by contacting us at support@fashive.com.
Note: For return pickups, the original billing address will be considered final and cannot be changed.
P.O. Boxes and Remote Locations
We do not currently deliver to P.O. box addresses.
If you’re in a remote or military address, please contact our support team prior to placing an order to confirm service availability.
Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track real-time status via our courier partner’s website.
Delays or Failed Deliveries
If your delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us at support@fashive.com so we can assist with the delay.
After 3 failed delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will be applicable if you want it delivered again.
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, please:

We will coordinate with the courier for resolution, which may include a refund or replacement depending on the case.
Duties & Taxes
All displayed prices on our website are inclusive of GST.
There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed within 36 hours of placing your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
For orders already shipped, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Shipping Insurance
All Fashive shipments are insured for loss or damage up to the declared value.
In the case of parcels lost or damaged during transit, we will process a refund or send a replacement after the courier completes their investigation.
