At Fashive, each product is made to order with great care and quality control. As a result, we do not offer refunds on any orders. However, we do allow exchanges or store credits, under specific conditions mentioned below.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are valid within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects
Wrong product delivered
Size exchange
The first exchange is completely free.
For a second exchange, the customer is required to cover the shipping cost.
A third request can be made, but it will be treated as a new purchase and full charges will apply.
Return Guidelines
We accept returns only in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
A clear image showing the defect or issue must be sent to us at support@fashive.com while raising the return/exchange request.
Reverse Pickup Policy
Reverse pickup is available only in serviceable pin codes with COD support.
If your area is not covered, you’ll need to ship the product back to us.
We will refund courier charges up to ₹120 if the return is due to our fault (defect/wrong item).

Size Issues
If the item doesn’t fit, we are happy to exchange the size (subject to availability). Just email us your preferred size within 10 days of receiving the item.

Items not in original condition or missing packaging/tags
Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellations within 36 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations will not be accepted:
After 36 hours
Once the order is processed or shipped
